This Privacy Policy explains how TripMaxx LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use TripMaXX and related websites, applications, and services.

TripMaXX is trip monitoring and recommendation software. We do not book travel, issue tickets, or process travel reservations.

• Account information, such as your name, email address, login identifiers, subscription status, and support communications.
• Connected service information, such as itinerary details, flight information, hotel and ground transportation references, calendar commitments, email metadata, and other travel-related content made available by integrations you authorize.
• Preference information, such as travel preferences, notification settings, saved locations, preferred providers, and product choices.
• Payment and billing information processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
• Usage, device, and diagnostic information, such as pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device identifiers, log data, errors, and performance information.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve TripMaXX.
• Build and update trip maps, monitor travel-related changes, generate alerts, and provide recommendations.
• Authenticate users, manage accounts, provide support, and communicate service updates.
• Process subscriptions, billing, plan changes, and payment-related notices.
• Analyze product performance, understand feature usage, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers and integration partners that help us operate TripMaXX, including hosting providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, payment processors, communication tools, data providers, and connected services you authorize.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, in connection with a business transaction, or with your consent.

5. Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party account, TripMaXX receives information according to the permissions you approve and the third-party provider's rules. You can revoke access through TripMaXX where supported or through the third-party provider.

Information from connected accounts is used to provide trip monitoring, alerting, recommendation, and account features. We do not use connected email or calendar content to sell advertising.

6. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics SDKs, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure product usage, understand marketing performance, and improve the service.

Your browser or device may let you limit cookies or tracking technologies. Some service features may not work correctly if required cookies are disabled.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve product safety and reliability. You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails. We may still send transactional or service-related messages.

TripMaXX is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

If you use the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from those where you live.
