TripMaXX is trip monitoring and recommendation software. We do not book travel, issue tickets, or process travel reservations.

  • Connected service information, such as itinerary details, flight information, hotel and ground transportation references, calendar commitments, email metadata, and other travel-related content made available by integrations you authorize.

  • Payment and billing information processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
  • Usage, device, and diagnostic information, such as pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device identifiers, log data, errors, and performance information.

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve TripMaXX.
  • Build and update trip maps, monitor travel-related changes, generate alerts, and provide recommendations.

We do not sell personal information. 5. Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party account, TripMaXX receives information according to the permissions you approve and the third-party provider's rules. You can revoke access through TripMaXX where supported or through the third-party provider.

Information from connected accounts is used to provide trip monitoring, alerting, recommendation, and account features. We do not use connected email or calendar content to sell advertising.

6. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics SDKs, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure product usage, understand marketing performance, and improve the service.
